About the Customs Process
A $50 non-refundable custom design deposit will be required. This deposit will go towards the final cost of your piece.
Step 1: Inquiry. Fill out a customs order form to help me get started with the design. This will include metals, stones, design motifs you may wish to include, and more. Once you’ve filled out this form, within a few days I will respond with some clarifying questions and an invoice for the design deposit.
Step 2: Design. To help me make your ideas come to life, please be as clear about all you want to have included in your piece. After the design deposit has been paid I can begin preparing a sketch. It may take about a week of back and forth before we land on a final sketch we are both satisfied with. Communication is important during this time. We will have to complete the design process before I can give you a final quote.
Step 3: Production. After the final design is completed, I’ll send you an invoice for 50% of the final cost before getting started. Production can take anywhere from 1-12 weeks depending on the complexity of the piece and what materials may have to be sourced for the project.
Step 4: Shipping. Your remaining balance will be due upon completion. Shipping will be through FedEx 2 day shipping within the US. International orders will also be fulfilled through FedEx.
